Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. In Australia, she became famous for the role Pepper Steiger that she played in the soap drama Neighbors over 100 episodes in the period 2006-2007. She came to Hollywood in two roles: first with the musical comedy Hollywood & Wine where she was a young actress arriving in Hollywood. In the end, she was cast as Maya in Scrubs in which she played in a very attractive medical student. The show abruptly ended. She then continued filming a Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Then she appeared in B-series films and series shorts. The year 2013 was when she started to get noticed further. After being featured in six episodes on the crime drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first role as a regular in the webseries Chosen which starred Milo Ventimiglia, the actress landed a series of projects. She appears in the opening two seasons in addition to giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. Following that she was seen in supporting characters in two feature films featuring aircrafts. The role she plays is that of an air hostess. More importantly, she as well as Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador the brand-new television series.
